Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic, engaging, and professional Emcee (Master of Ceremonies) to host the Smart Healthcare Facilities Convention 2025 , a premier B2B healthcare event that brings together 150+ senior decision-makers and 25+ solution providers from across the healthcare and infrastructure space.

The Emcee will serve as the face and voice of the event, ensuring smooth transitions between sessions, energizing the audience, introducing speakers, and maintaining a high level of engagement throughout the three-day conference.

• Serve as the official host for all three days of the event
• Welcome attendees and set the tone for each day’s agenda
• Introduce keynote speakers, panelists, and sponsors with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Keep the event on schedule and handle time management between sessions
• Engage with the audience, encourage participation, and manage Q&A sessions
• Make important announcements, including breaks, session changes, and networking opportunities
• Support the event team with live updates, transitions, and unexpected changes
• Maintain a positive and inclusive tone that aligns with the healthcare industry’s professionalism and innovation goals

Requirements

• Proven experience as an emcee or event host, preferably for conferences, corporate events, or conventions
• Clear and confident public speaking skills with strong stage presence
• Ability to read the room and adapt tone and delivery accordingly
• Familiarity with healthcare, infrastructure, or technology-related topics is a plus
• Comfortable working with a prepared script and improvising as needed
• Excellent time management, coordination, and interpersonal skills
• Based in or willing to travel to Miami, Florida for the event

• Background in healthcare communication, tech events, or sustainability-themed conferences
