Job Description

Russell Tobin's client is hiring a Change Management Specialist in Brookfield, WI

Employment Type: Contract

Location: Hybrid (Tue-Thu onsite) - Brookfield, WI 53005

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Pay rate: $25-$28/hr

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
Assist customers in navigating Treasury Management products and online platforms.
Utilize support tools such as system emulation and co-browse features.
Maintain a strong technical understanding of bank systems and products.
Participate in ongoing training to enhance product and platform knowledge.

Requirements:

Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
3–5 years of experience in the financial services industry.
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Exceptional customer service and problem-resolution abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Familiarity with department-specific systems and tools.
Technical support experience, including co-browse tools.
Knowledge of Treasury Management products/services.
Experience in Information Technology or digital support environment.
Familiarity with GTM and Operations systems preferred.
