Position Overview  

We are seeking a Student Analyst (BCBA Candidate) or Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide direct ABA therapy to clients in homes, schools, and community settings. This is a great opportunity for those passionate about making a meaningful impact while gaining hands-on experience in the field. 

Key Responsibilities  

• Provide one-on-one direct ABA therapy in home, school, and community-based environments 
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by the supervising BCBA 
• Collect and analyze data on client progress and adjust interventions as needed 
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care 
• Participate in team meetings and case reviews to support client success 
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, ethical, and professional standards 

Qualifications  

• Student Analyst: Enrolled in a BCBA program, currently completing supervision hours 
• BCBA: Must hold current BCBA certification 
• Experience working with children, and adolescents with autism and related disabilities 
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills 
• Ability to work independently and adapt therapy in various settings 
• Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
