The Opportunity: Technical Talent Acquisition Manager  

Location : South Plainfield, NJ

We are seeking a skilled Technical Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment efforts specifically within the construction industry from our headquarters in South Plainfield, NJ. This critical role involves spearheading our strategies to attract and retain top technical talent, pivotal to our ongoing success.

What You Will Do

  • Strategic Recruitment: Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies that align with our corporate objectives.

Who You Are

  • Experienced in technical recruitment with a knack for identifying and nurturing talent in the construction or similar industries.
  • A strategic thinker with a proven ability to develop recruitment plans that meet business needs.
  • Skilled in modern recruitment technologies, including ATS and social media platforms.
  • Excellent communicator with strong leadership qualities.
  • Holder of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields
