Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Supervising Attorney for a law firm in Torrance, CA . This is a full-time, direct hire position with benefits!

POSITION OVERVIEW

This exciting opportunity is responsible for managing complex cases from intake to resolution, while providing leadership and oversight to a team that may include attorneys, paralegals, and case managers. The successful candidate will bring strategic insight, extensive litigation and trial experience, and a strong dedication to guiding legal staff and delivering exceptional client service.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage a team of attorneys, paralegals, and case managers, overseeing 100+ active litigation and pre-litigation files
• Direct legal strategy for personal injury cases, including MVA, premises liability, wrongful death, and catastrophic injury
• Supervise preparation and approval of pleadings, motions, discovery, and trial documents
• Conduct depositions, oversee trial preparation, and participate in trials and mediations
• Maintain strong client communication and resolve escalated concerns with professionalism
• Ensure compliance with legal standards, review case practices, and manage risk
• Monitor performance metrics and collaborate with leadership on training, reporting, and development strategies

COMPENSATION

This position offers an annual salary range of $250,000-$300,000 plus a comprehensive benefits package!
