Sales Support & Inventory Coordinator

$24-$25/hr | Full-Time | Monday-Friday | On-Site

Our client, a leader in the lumber industry, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support & Inventory Coordinator to join their dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth sales operations and accurate inventory management. This is a temporary role with a possibility of temp to hire.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including:
• Data entry, order tracking, and processing work orders
• Generating invoices and verifying order acknowledgements
• Receive, inspect, and tag all incoming products
• Coordinate and execute quarterly inventory counts
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely communication across departments

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum 3 years of experience supporting sales teams (experience in lumber sales is a strong plus)
• At least 3 years of experience in receiving or inventory coordination
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and 10-key data entry
