What You’ll Do

• Be a trusted safety advisor to our Aggregates team and General Manager
• Lead safety training sessions and orientations for employees
• Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure OSHA/MSHA compliance
• Investigate incidents and help implement corrective actions
• Support workers’ compensation and return-to-work programs
• Keep accurate safety records and reports
• Promote a positive, proactive safety culture across all levels of the organization

What You Bring

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• 2+ years of safety experience in construction or industrial settings
• Knowledge of OSHA and MSHA regulations
• Strong communication and training skills
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• High ethical standards and a team-first mindset
• Preferred: OSHA 10/30 Trainer, First Aid/CPR certification, Traffic Control/Flagger Trainer

Work Environment & Requirements

• Must be 18+ and pass a pre-employment screening
• Willing to travel overnight up to 15%
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs and walk on uneven terrain
• Must follow all safety procedures and company policies
