Job Description

Educated Solutions Corporation, a $10M National Woman Business Enterprise staffing firm, is seeking a Recruiter to assist with a variety of nationwide positions across the US. We staff CBRE, Amazon, CDW, Ulta, and Aurora Healthcare along with 50+ WI based clients that rely on ESC to deliver quality candidates in quick timelines. The Recruiter will use their skills from proven past experience to source, screen and deliver candidates into light industrial, skilled trade, professional, technical and executive positions. Our offices are based in Brookfield but this will evolve into a HYBRID role as initial training commences. However, the ability to work in and attend meetings in Brookfield, WI is required. The role offers:

This individual will be exposed to a variety of recruitment and sales responsibilities but the key to the role is being “very good at people” at all levels. This includes a sales mentality and very high end communication skills both oral and in the written fashion. The incumbent of this role will lead and direct the full life cycle of the staffing process for a variety of clients and positions. Expectations include:

  • Recruit and source potential candidates from internal database of 250K+ candidates, job boards, and social media vehicles.
  • Navigate LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed based hiring platforms.
  • Guide candidates and clients through the full life cycle of the staffing process to include: screening, submitting, interviewing, and offering candidates contract and full time positions.
  • Manage accounts and clients and consult to develop the best possible staffing process to ensure quality and speed of hiring candidates.
  • Enter and maintain client and candidate information into ESC’s ESCAPE applicant tracking system.
  • Meet with candidates to complete new hire paperwork and deliver employment packages.
  • Proactively source and recruit candidates to maintain a network for future ESC positions.
  • Maintain contract employees to assure retention and happiness in working for ESC.

Required Technical/Functional Skills:

  • 1-5 years' work experience in the Staffing arena – working for a staffing firm
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ years professional experience using the Microsoft Office suite of tools (Word, Excel, Outlook.)
  • 1+ years using LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed to staff positions.
  • Experience reading, analyzing and interpreting general business information such as resumes, job descriptions, internal and corporate/client communications.
  • Experience presenting information and responding to questions from recruiters, account managers, candidates and clients in both proper written and verbal form.

Hours/Working Conditions:

  • Must be able to work a 40-hour work week working normal daytime business hours – work begins onsite in Brookfield, WI.
  • Must be willing to travel to public locations in WI to meet with candidates/clients as requested.
  • Ability to train and meet at the Brookfield, WI Office as needed
  • Ability to work out of his/her home office with established internet access.
