Pay Range: $21 - $21.59/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Calling: Candidates will follow up with visited offices via phone at home
  • Visit Prep: Candidates will work from a list of providers in a given area to create a visit plan and prepare materials to distribute to offices
  • Build relationships, share network options and perks of joining to gain interest
  • Negotiate discounts with dental providers for dental services
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Process contracts and track contacts within computer systems
  • Process required paperwork for providers to join the network
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to switch projects based on business needs

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

  • Skills- Field Recruitment: Candidates will visit offices in person
  • Phone Etiquette – Inbound/Outbound calls
  • Sales Experience
  • Dental Office Experience is a plus
  • Excellent written & verbal communication
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills.
  • Ability to focus uninterrupted in a dedicated secure home workspace during scheduled business hours.
  • Intermediate to Advanced Computer Knowledge
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications
  • A dedicated secure home workspace

  • Note-This is a Field Recruitment position; candidates will visit dental offices in person. The position includes working at home when not in the field. Team members will be reimbursed for mileage.
