Position: Project Coordinator

Location: Schenectady, NY (onsite hybrid)

Duration : 18 month contract, possible extensions or conversion

Hourly Rate: 25/hr to 30/hr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Qualifications:

• Experience with document control systems (e.g., Documentum).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with engineering or construction project workflows is a plus.

Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator - Document Control Specialist to manage project documentation and ensure timely, accurate collaboration across internal teams, sub-suppliers, and customers. You’ll serve as the main point of contact for document transmittals using tools like Documentum and customer platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update the Master Deliverables List (MDL).
• Upload, track, and issue project documents on schedule.
• Coordinate with engineering teams and sub-suppliers.
• Manage document flow, folder structures, and permissions in Documentum.
• Act as the primary liaison with customers and EPCs for documentation.
• Support project reviews and ensure documentation accuracy through project completion.
