Our Dallas studio is growing, and we’re looking for a talented Project Architect with a strong background in K-12 education projects to join our collaborative team.

What You’ll Do:

As a Project Architect, you will lead the design and documentation of K-12 projects from concept through construction. You’ll collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to deliver innovative, student-centered environments that support learning and community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead architectural design and documentation for K-12 projects
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, ADA, and educational facility standards
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables
  • Mentor junior staff and contribute to a positive studio culture
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations

Qualifications:

  • Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch)
  • 5–10 years of professional experience, with a strong portfolio of K-12 work
  • Licensed Architect (preferred or in progress)
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, codes, and educational design standards
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
