PRODUCTION MANAGER – NIGHT SHIFT

Location: Lindon, UT

Reports to: Value Stream Manager

Compensation: $32 - $40/hr + shift differential

Shift: Monday – Thursday: 3:30 pm – 2:00 am

Your Role:

As the Night Shift Production Manager, you’ll lead a team of operators to execute the production plan, maintain product quality, and promote a culture of safety and accountability. You’ll be responsible for coordinating people, processes, and resources—ensuring the shift runs efficiently, meets KPIs, and contributes to ongoing process improvements.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead, supervise, and develop your team through hands-on coaching and daily performance oversight
• Execute the production schedule and ensure all lines are staffed, set up, and operating efficiently
• Coordinate workflow, material flow, and shift transitions to support consistent production
• Track and report on KPIs, taking proactive steps to meet output, quality, and safety targets
• Ensure compliance with GMP, SOP, and food safety regulations
• Approve timecards, manage scheduling, and handle performance feedback
• Foster a positive team culture focused on accountability, problem-solving, and continuous improvement

What You’ll Bring:

• 5+ years in a production leadership role; food manufacturing or FDA-regulated environment preferred
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred, equivalent hands-on experience considered
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement tools
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Outstanding leadership and team building skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); Redzone experience is a PLUS!
