What You’ll Do:

• Lead and supervise daily operations across production and warehouse teams.
• Ensure safety, quality, and operational procedures are consistently followed.
• Train and mentor team members on processes, equipment, and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production and customer requirements.
• Monitor and report on production metrics, including efficiency, safety, and quality.
• Troubleshoot operational challenges and develop effective solutions.
• Oversee inventory management and accurate documentation of work orders.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–5 years of supervisory or lead experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with hand tools and forklift operation (certification preferred or willingness to become certified).
• Ability to read blueprints, cut sheets, and work instructions.
• Proven track record of promoting and enforcing a safety-first culture.
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing operations.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment.
