Marketing/Brand Coordinator

Job Description: Responsible for WW&L Marketing and Brand Management. Includes developing campaign ideas to market WW&L’s products, services, and overall brand identity. A successful candidate will manage customer-facing interactions, including editing Social Media accounts and overseeing the WW&L website content.

Reports to: Sales Director

Job Type: Full Time

Salary: $55,000- $60,000

General Duties:

• Collaborate with the sales and creative departments to plan promotional marketing campaigns.
• Create editorial and content creation calendars for various media platforms and outlets.
• Analyze outcomes of campaigns and marketing plans.
• Conduct market research to determine a target audience’s needs, wants, habits, interests, and other relevant factors used in creating targeted marketing campaigns
• Research competitors and stay informed about market trends.
• Collaborate with Sales to manage Convention/Conference requirements, including, but not limited to registration, display preparation,n and meeting scheduling. 
• Coordinate WW&L marketing and advertising materials used by Sales during Conventions/Conferences.
• Coordinate with the E-Commerce administrator to drive traffic with web-related campaigns.

· Manage Digideck, WW&L’s Sales presentation/proposal software.

· Create, update and manage WW&L sales and marketing printed materials.

Skills and Abilities:

· Effective writing, speaking, presenting, and active listening skills

· Good interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate with management, team members, clients, and customers, where applicable

· Familiarity with content management systems, webpage analytics, customer relationship management, and other relevant software

· Data analysis, critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making

· Project management skills, like goal setting and deadline management

· Ability to develop marketing concepts and campaigns to promote WW&L products and services.

Job Requirements:

· This is an on-site position in Fort Smith, Arkansas. 

· Overnight travel by car or airline may be required

· Security Sensitive Position

Physical Requirements:

· Bending, stretching, and light lifting required.

· Extensive computer use is required.

Minimum Qualifications:

· A bachelor’s degree in business or marketing is preferred but not required. Three to five years’ experience in a sales/marketing environment or related position is preferred.

Work Environment:

· Office environment. Noise level is usually moderate. Exposure to production areas as needed.
