LINK Staffing is partnering with a top-tier conversion manufacturing company to recruit an experienced Inside Sales Converting Specialist in Cypress, TX. This Temp-to-Hire position is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performance sales team focused on delivering custom-engineered solutions across a wide range of manufacturing applications.

Inside Sales Converting Specialist

Location: Cypress, TX 77095

Employment Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Compensation: $65,000 – $80,000 annually (depending on experience)

Industry: Conversion Manufacturing / Industrial Supply

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of B2B customer accounts
• Collaborate with Outside Sales and internal departments to meet customer needs
• Interpret technical specifications and develop engineered product solutions
• Respond to RFQs, manage pricing strategies, and support estimating processes
• Maintain accurate CRM and ERP system data throughout the sales cycle
• Source raw materials and negotiate with vendors for competitive pricing
• Conduct cold outreach to identify and develop new sales opportunities

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of inside sales or customer service experience
• Experience in the converting industry required
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Experience with AutoCAD or SolidWorks is a plus

Physical Requirements

• Constant use of hands, talking, hearing, and sitting
• Frequent standing; occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling
• Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs.
• Visual requirements include close vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment
• Primarily office-based role with occasional support in warehouse environments
