Job Description

We are seeking a polished, high-energy Corporate Hospitality Lead to help elevate guest experiences and ensure seamless day-to-day hospitality operations within a fast-paced, corporate environment. This role focuses on delivering high-touch client service, managing food and beverage logistics, and maintaining the overall presentation and readiness of shared office and meeting spaces.

The Corporate Hospitality Lead works closely with and is fully supported by an onsite Account Manager, as well as fellow hospitality associates. While this role takes a leading presence in the space, it is not a managerial position.

Pay: $24/hr.

Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM 1 hour lunch break

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience

  • Provide a warm, professional, and personalized welcome to clients, visitors, and VIPs.
  • Anticipate guest needs and deliver thoughtful, proactive service.
  • Respond to questions, requests, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communicate updates related to meetings, events, and catering as needed.
  • Support a positive and consistent guest experience across all touchpoints.

Operations & Facility Presentation

  • Monitor meeting room reservations and ensure spaces are clean, functional, and guest-ready.
  • Coordinate with facilities and housekeeping teams to address maintenance needs.
  • Perform regular walk-throughs to uphold hospitality standards and attention to detail.
  • Maintain organization in shared service areas and restock supplies as needed.

Food & Beverage Coordination

  • Place and manage external catering orders for meetings and events.
  • Set up and break down catering displays with care to presentation and cleanliness.
  • Track food deliveries and manage credit card transactions to ensure accurate reporting.
  • Ensure all food service meets safety and hospitality standards (note: no food prep required).

Client Support & Engagement

  • Build rapport with recurring guests and recognize individual preferences.
  • Provide thoughtful recommendations for local dining and vendor options when requested.
  • Assist in coordinating onsite client events and special requests.

Service Support & Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Account Manager and hospitality team to meet service goals.
  • Participate in daily service huddles and share feedback to enhance operations.
  • Take part in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in a hospitality, food & beverage, or client-facing service role.
  • Strong attention to detail and passion for guest service.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-touch environment.
  • Professional communication and polished presentation required.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Reliable attendance and dependable transportation required.
