The HT Group is partnering with one of our PE-backed, manufacturing clients based in Addison for an immediate Finance Manager opportunity.  Direct Hire – Base salary up to $145K+ 20% bonus/solid benefits/leadership track – Hybrid – Addison, TX HQ Position Summary: Seeking a Finance Manager to support a multi-business unit manufacturing organization in Central Dallas. This role provides strategic financial planning and analysis (FP&A) support and partners cross-functionally with departments such as Commercial, Operations, Engineering, and Product. The position reports to the Director of Finance and is instrumental in budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and decision support. Key Responsibilities: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting processes Develop and analyze KPIs to drive business optimization Monitor and communicate performance trends to senior leadership Conduct profitability analysis, identify root causes, and recommend solutions Support initiatives such as pricing strategy, channel expansion, and capacity planning Manage financial aspects of projects including modeling, reporting, and implementation Improve financial processes and data quality across functions Deliver clear insights linking financial outcomes to operational drivers Qualifications: ~ Bachelor’s degree required ~5+ years in a finance or analytical role ~ Background in FP&A, consulting, or investment banking preferred ~ Advanced financial modeling skills; strong Excel required ~ Experience with SQL, Python, or Power BI is a plus Core Competencies: Strong understanding of business operations and their financial impact Proficiency in financial and accounting principles Effective communicator and trusted advisor across teams Skilled in multitasking and working in fast-paced environments Able to work independently with minimal supervision
