ABOUT THE ROLE

As Creative Director, Brand at DE-YAN, you'll lead the creation of powerful brand identities that set clients apart in their markets. You're a dynamic leader capable of crafting innovative solutions that elevate brands and resonate across platforms.

This role is where creative vision meets strategic impact—you'll craft brand identities and visual systems that don't just look good, they work. You'll report to our Executive Creative Director and collaborate with global creative teams to push the boundaries of what branding can be.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Define and lead the strategic vision for brand identities that cut through the noise
  • Establish brand positioning, messaging, and storytelling frameworks that differentiate and elevate brands
  • Lead and inspire multidisciplinary creative teams, fostering innovation and creative excellence
  • Lead high-level client presentations and creative pitches, articulating brand strategies and design concepts
  • Oversee the execution of branding across physical, print, packaging, and experiential applications
  • Collaborate with production teams to ensure high-quality execution of brand assets
  • Set creative direction and standards for industry-leading branding solutions
  • Drive innovation in branding approaches, integrating cutting-edge trends and technologies
  • Create immersive brand experiences that seamlessly integrate physical and digital touch points

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 8+ years in branding, identity design, or creative direction within an agency or brand environment
  • Proven track record of leading creative teams, developing talent, and driving creative excellence
  • Demonstrated ability to lead creative pitches and maintain senior-level client relationships
  • Proven ability to set creative direction and establish new standards in branding and design
  • Experience working with global brands and cross-cultural brand environments
  • Experience managing complex branding projects, budgets, and resources while ensuring creative excellence
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication, with the ability to present brand strategies to C-level executives
