Develops plan of care for service based upon RN assessment/re-assessment. Is responsible for fiscal and human resource allocation based upon guidelines. Licensure / Certification / Registration: Current licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse, or current active multistate Registered Nurse license. Current BCLS certification required within 30 days of hire. ACLS and PALS within 6 months of hire. CNOR preferred.b. Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. BSN preferred. Two years of CV OR experience required.c. Experience: Two (2) years of clinical practice in the clinical specialty of his/her unit and leadership/ management experience is preferred.d. Special Qualifications: Continuing demonstration of clinical and leadership competency. Commitment and understanding of staffing matrix/productivity standard. Committed to the goals of the unit, patient safety initiatives and positive patient experience. Time management skills required.e. Knowledge / Skills / Abilities: Demonstrates good organizational skills. Provides safe and appropriate patient care within the standards of nursing practice. Displays judgment and superior problem solving skills. Communicates positively and professionally with all internal and external customers.
