Synergy Laboratories is seeking a dedicated and skilled Clinical Medical Technologist to join our 1st shift team (Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, with rotation every third Saturday) . 🚫 Please note: This is an onsite position. Remote work is not available. Only applicants residing in Mobile, Alabama, or the immediate surrounding areas will be considered.

🩺 Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Perform chemical and biological analyses on clinical specimens
🔹 Analyze bodily fluids including blood, urine, and spinal fluid
🔹 Conduct blood typing and crossmatch testing
🔹 Maintain lab equipment and troubleshoot as needed
🔹 Ensure quality assurance and compliance in all procedures
🔹 Document results accurately and communicate findings appropriately
🔹 Stay current with safety standards, lab protocols, and continuing education
📚 Qualifications:
✔️ Associate degree and completion of an accredited medical technology program (or equivalent experience)
✔️ ASCP certification
✔️ Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
✔️ Effective communicator and team player
✔️ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced lab environment
🕘 Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Every third Saturday rotation required
