Job Description
***2 weeks onsite training and then fully Remote***
Education Required:
• High School Diploma
Top (3) Required Skills:
• Background in member/patient grievance and appeals case processing
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills:
• 6 years of customer service
• Heavy writing and speaking with customers over the phone
• Microsoft Excel and Word
• Healthcare environment is a plus. (BlueShield, Aetna, Healthcare providers significant plus)
