Stephens Engineering Consultants, Inc. (STEPHENS) is searching for a full-time Administrative Assistant professional for our office in The Woodlands, Texas area. Stephens Engineering Consultants, Inc. is a forensic-engineering company based in The Woodlands, Texas. Stephens’s distinctive-professional expertise encompasses over 20 years of engineering and construction related experience including forensic investigations, structural and civil engineering, residential and commercial construction, roof coverings, and exterior cladding systems. We use our wide range of engineering and construction expertise to provide decisive, impartial and precise origin and cause investigations and damage assessments relating to weather events, natural disasters, vehicle impacts, and construction defects.

We are based out of The Woodlands, TX and prefer that the candidate live within a reasonable distance of the office.

Administrative duties and responsibilities:

• Good communication and professionalism are an absolute must.
• Assist in scheduling.
• Coordinate travel arrangements.
• Provide quality assurance reviews of the engineering reports.
• Organization and filing of various office items.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is helpful.
• Ability to multitask is a must.
• Knowledge of CRM and project management systems is helpful.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Answer phone calls and emails in a professional manner.
• Ability to overcome issues and solve problems.
