What You'll Do: As an Associate Attorney, you'll handle 30-40 cases and gain hands-on experience in: - Discovery - Drafting pleadings & motions - Depositions - Court appearances - Mediations - Trial prep Probate experience is NOT required-if you have at least one year of California civil litigation experience, the firm will train you in this practice area.
